Introduction

Faizon is an AI-powered financial operations platform purpose-built for African financial institutions. Our suite of tools automates reconciliation, document processing, credit appraisal, financial analysis, and compliance screening — replacing manual processes with intelligent automation.

Each product works independently or as part of an integrated workflow. Data flows seamlessly between tools: upload bank statements in the PDF Analyser, reconcile them in the Reconciler, and generate insights in the Insights dashboard — all within the same platform.

Navigate to any product from the sidebar or products page. Each product has a dedicated workspace.

Upload your data

Upload bank statements, transaction CSVs, PDFs, or ledgers — depending on the product you're using.

Review results

The AI processes your data and returns structured results: matched transactions, extracted data, credit scores, or insights.

Export or act

Download results as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Use insights to inform decisions, audits, or further analysis.

Plans & Usage Limits

Faizon offers tiered plans to suit organisations of all sizes. Each plan includes a specific number of monthly or one-off usage credits per product. Usage is tracked at the organisation level and resets monthly for paid plans.

Security & Compliance

Faizon takes data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform uses industry-standard authentication via Better-Auth with support for email/password, passkeys, and organisation-based access control. Usage is rate-limited per user to prevent abuse, and all operations are logged with full audit trails.
